As an electrical and mechanical engineer, I find the challenge of running a business exciting and satisfying and always hope your experience with us exceeds expectations. Richard’s passion for the electrical industry stems from his depth of knowledge and varied experience around the world. With a heavy focus on industrial works as well as automotive design and control, Richard is not your average businessman, providing extensive engineering knowledge to his team and clients.
Mike has been a part of the Electrical Industry since 1979, working primarily in the Commercial, Industrial and Heavy Industrial markets. During this time, Mike has maintained a strong focus and connection to the fields of switchboard design, construction and installation, culminating in a style and methodology that not only focuses on high quality construction, but also ease of installation. This approach to the market has allowed Mike to maintain strong ties to an otherwise competitive industry. With over 30 years of experience within the industry in NZ, Australia and the USA. He has specialist knowledge in switchboard, control panel design and engineering, power distribution and protection, electrical and control systems design and control system integration.
He has NZ Certificate in Engineering Electrical , is CUBIC Type Test Switchboard design and build qualified plus electrical protection systems formally trained and certified through EIC. With sound awareness of the commercial aspects of a project through his design, production engineering and estimating work he has proved his ability to improve production efficiencies through new manufacturing procedures. We are both Cubic and Prisma partners, and Rockwell systems integrators, providing type tested switchboards up to 700A throughout New Zealand and Australia. With components from Schneider, Allan Bradley, Terasaki, Siemens, Rittal and GE, we provide a reliabe end result. We design our boards to make installation, service and maintenance as easy as possible.
