What you should know about Hiremaster Event and Party
Through our unmatched event and party experience, we provide solutions for all our customer's event requirements. Hiring an extensive range of high quality event and marquee equipment and provide strategic, operational and logistical expertise for successful events. Customer focused our customer needs and the vision for their event comes first in everything we do, not just once the delivery is made, it is all the after service as well. Years at Hiremaster Many many years on the team since before it was Hiremaster. Favourite Event There have been so many over the years too hard to name a favourite. Role Managing the day to day operations, meeting with customers and a bit of public speaking. Favourite Event Wellington Cup, it was the first event I ever worked on and its a great day out. Role Helping to keep the Hiremaster name out there with a bit of advertising and sponsorship, a bit of brand work, digital marketing, and other communication work.
Years at Hiremaster 2 years starting work for Hiremaster in a real newbie here . Mainly discussing with people their event requirements and putting that to a plan. Favourite Event Homegrown, so many different job locations for the one event meaning we have to be organized when it comes around so it all goes smoothly. No two big balloon jobs are the same making each one different and a challenge. Role Specialising in deliveries making sure equipment gets to the required locations in the time frames given.
Role Marquee Supervisor, in charge of the build and take down of marquees big and small. It’s a challenge having so many sites to supervise and making sure the required deadlines are met but well worth it when it’s all complete. Oktoberfest is a fun event for people to attend making it fun to work knowing everyone had a good time. Cup day is one of the biggest catering, furniture and marquee events of the year so a lot goes into making sure that it goes off without a hitch.
Will often be sent to site for big jobs making sure it’s all going to plan and being the eyes and ears for the staff at the base. Having such a great team behind the making of the movie made for a great experience. Role In charge of getting orders to their required locations on time as well as supervising the offsiders. Holds a class 4 license making him a valuable asset to the team, especially being able to drive all the vehicles within our fleet.
Mainly because I’m a huge fan and was great to be a part of something I was really interested in and attending. Favourite Event British Lions Rugby Tour, we got to travel around for work and assist in setting up the Marquees that were required and stay in Auckland whilst doing so
